Cone Penetration Testing (CPT)

Pitcher Services now offers Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) with the support of our sister company, Gregg Drilling. Pitcher now operates one of Gregg’s custom designed 30-ton CPT trucks for projects in the Bay Area. Our CPT equipment includes a standard truck as well as portable “ramset” equipment.

  • Seismic CPT
  • Soil and groundwater sampling
  • High resolution site characterization with MiHPT and UVOST (through Gregg Drilling)

We are supported by Gregg’s data quality assurance and control team lead by Dr. Peter Robertson and Kelly Cabal, experts in the area of Cone Penetration Testing and data interpretation.
